Director Trivikram Srinivas graced the pre-release event of 'Ichata Vahanamulu Nilupa Radu' (to be released in theatres on August 27) as the chief guest. Speaking on the occasion, the 'Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo' actor said that the only audience in the world who are coming to theatres during the pandemic are the Telugu audience.
"Coming to Sushanth, I enlisted him for 'Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo' after watching 'Chi La Sow'. I think he has started re-inventing himself. He is coming out of the image trap," Trivikram said.
"During the making of the boardroom scene in 'AVPL', I wanted to capture Sushanth's laughter. It's not easy to smile or laugh in front of the camera. I captured a candid moment of him laughing without his knowledge. He looks so good when he smiles. I advised Sushanth to be like that in front of the camera," Trivikram said. 'IVNR' is directed by debutant S Darshan, who received the best wishes from the 'Aravindha Sametha' maker.
Trivikram joked that anchor Suma is difficult to handle. "Even Chiranjeevi garu comes prepared if it is she who is the anchor. Only the likes of ANR garu could handle her easily," the director quipped.
