Sushant Singh Rajput's sudden and tragic demise sparked up several conversations some of which are still going on. The actor had passed away in rather mysterious circumstances and the investigation that followed amidst huge public outrage was also nothing short of a national event. Unfortunately, some filmmakers have had the idea to capitalise on this tragedy by making a biopic on Sushant.

However, his family is strictly against the idea of having their pain portrayed on the big screen. In a recent Instagram post, Sushant's sister Priyanka said that there shouldn't be a biopic on her brother at least till he has gotten justice. She shared a throwback picture with Sushant and wrote, "It can only be illusory to expect that anybody from this insecure film industry has the courage & integrity to truthfully portray Ssr’s outrageously Unique story where he always followed his heart; left the most dominant & dynastic of production houses, at the peak, on his own terms."

Priyanka concluded by saying, "Lastly, my brother wanted to do his own biopic if it is ever made, and with emergence of AI technology, there is no reason why this can’t be Reality in near future."
