Days after the passing of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, police have reportedly recovered five diaries from his Mumbai residence.
The officials will be investigating Sushant's suicide based on information from his entries, according to reports. The police have reportedly recorded the statements of ten people related to the deceased actor, including his family members, doctor, manager, house help and friends. In an official statement yesterday, Sushant's father K.K. Singh mentioned to the police that his son would often feel "low", but was unaware why he was depressed. Sushant, who had been going through a difficult time emotionally, took his own life on Sunday. He was found hanging in his room from the ceiling. The reason behind his suicide is suspected to be clinical depression.
Sushant, who made his Bollywood debut with the film Kai Po Che, was last seen in the 2019 blockbuster Chhichhore. The actor received critical acclaim for his portrayal of former Indian skipper MS Dhoni in his biopic.
