Sushant Singh Rajput the promising young Bollywood hero passed away on Sunday by hanging himself that has left Indian cinema fraternity numbed. Initial postmortem reports have ruled out any foul play and the question now is why such a person full of life should take his own life.

There are several conspiracy theories doing the rounds in the media including nepotism that is ruling Bollywood and allegedly preventing outsiders from growing. Other reports suggest that Sushant was in fact battling mental illness and Depression and it was so severe that writer Sugariptha Sengupta has stated that the star started hearing voices that could have driven him to take the extreme step.

It may be recalled that Dhanush portrayed a person with severe bipolar disorder in '3' directed by Aishwarya R Dhanush who later on starts hearing voices in his head and kills himself out of fear that he may murder his loving wife played by Shruti Haasan.
