The death of popular Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput by suicide has left the whole nation in shock, and people have been heavily coming down against the rest of Bollywood for the ill treatment meted out to him. Sushant's final rites were conducted yesterday.

Sushant became famous all over the world after his portrayal of former Indian cricket team captain MS Dhoni in the 2016 blockbuster movie MS Dhoni the Untold story directed by Neeraj Pandey. Now, it has been revealed that MS Dhoni was shattered and heartbroken after getting the news of the sudden demise of Sushant Singh Rajput.

Sushant had trained under former Indian wicketkeeper Kiran More to play Dhoni, and spent 9 months to master the on-field mannerisms of the cricketer, and he also became an expert in Dhoni’s trademark helicopter shot. It was MS Dhoni the Untold story's director Neeraj Pandey who called Dhoni to inform the sad news, and he also called two of his best friends Mihir Diwakar and Arun Pandey who became upset. Dhoni was in a state of shock after hearing the news and got shattered, revealed Neeraj Pandey in an interview. Sushant considered Dhoni as an inspiration as he too was from a small town like Dhoni.
