In a sensational move with regards to Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput's Death Case which came to hearing in the supreme Court today, the Court was convinced and has handed over the case to the CBI.

The Sushant Singh Rajput death case was given the verdict by the Supreme Court today, in connection with his girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty's plea filed. A transfer petition was filed by Rhea Chakraborty which sought transfer of the FIR registered regarding the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput from Patna to Mumbai.

Justice Hrishikesh Roy pronounced the verdict today at 11 am after hearing all the parties. The SC has asked Mumbai Police to hand over all evidence collected so far in the the actor's death case to CBI, and it has been said that the Maharashtra Government will assist CBI in the probe as investigation is ordered by SC.
