Sushant Singh Rajput's sudden demise at the young age of 34 due to suicide has shocked the movie industry and fans alike. He is said to have been fighting depression ever since his mother passed away in 2002 and even though was open about it and was under treatment it did not work for him.

Sushant Singh Rajput acted as a middle-aged man Anirudh Pathak in his 2019 movie 'Chhichhore' and his teenaged son would attempt suicide due to failure in an exam. Sushant's character would then help his son come out of the depression by showing him how positive life can ben with his own college story.

Fans and celebrities are lamenting that Sushant has failed to listen to his own movie that spoke against suicide and took his life leaving his father and five sisters devastated.
