'Maveeran Kittu' to take forward an important change in Kollywood

In the recent times the practice of releasing new Tamil films on Thursdays instead of Fridays has been getting prominence. Two big ticket films-Vikram starrer 'Iru Mugan' and Dhanush's 'Thodari' released on Thursdays. Director M.Rajesh's 'Kadavul Irukaan Kumaru' starring GV Prakash Kumar, Anandi and Nikki Galrani has been scheduled to hit the screens on November 17 which also falls on a Thursday.

Now we learn that taking this Thursday sentiment forward director Suseenthiran's next 'Maveeran Kittu' will also be hitting the screens on December 1, 2016. The latest posters of the film carries the release date as December 1.

'Maveeran Kittu' is a period film based on true incidents. The film stars Vishnu Vishal and Sridivya in lead roles. R.Parthiban, Soori, Harish Uthaman and many other prominent actors are part of the supporting cast. D.Imman has rendered the music score.
