It is known that Tamil actor Surya is playing Maddelacheruvu Suri in Ram Gopal Verma's Raktha Charitra. The actor has been given a distinct look to suit the real-life image of Suri. Now, the stills and the look are out.

The stills confirm that Surya will be seen as a rugged, estranged culprit in the movie, and it will be, needless to say, predominantly deglamorous. For Surya, it must have been a thorough challenge to enact the role.

The scuttlebutt machine says that Surya plays a young man, brimming with revenge, in the bloody saga film. The tri-lingual sees him playing Vivek Oberoi's antagonist.

The film is definitely jacking up the expectations of the audience, especially the fans of Surya in Tamil Nadu, though they have no knowledge of the Anantapur feud.
