The grand opening for Kalvanin Kadhali has brought great joy to S J Suryah. The movie starring Nayantra opposite Suryah has reported good collection in almost all the places where it has been screened.

Thanks to the response, Suryah seems to have postponed temporarily his plans to direct a movie.

His next would be Pandigai, which has story, screenplay and dialogues by Perarasu and directed by Muthuvadugu.

After Pandigai, he would act in a movie titled Thirumagan, which would be directed by Rathnakumar. Says Rathnakumar: ‘for the first time, I would be featuring Suryah in a Villager-rustic role. The entire story is set in a remote village in Tamilnadu. The movie would have all commercial elements quite typical to his movies'.

Surely, Suryah is becoming a star material.
