Actor-director S J Suryah starrer Kalvanin Kadhali that is hitting theatres this weekend has reportedly created great expectations in the trade circles.

The movie has been sold at reasonably good price as the distributors have evinced keen interest after seeing the film recently.

The distribution for the Chennai area has been sold like a hot-cake, say industry sources. The reason being Suryah's last two releases New and Anbae Aaruyirae witnessed a grand opening.

Interestingly Nayantra plays a homely girl quite typical to one donned by Devayani in Kadhal Kottai. Thejashri appears in an item number with Suryah which is a remix of yesteryear hit Nethu Rathiri Amma from Sakalakala Vallavan. Music is by Yuvanshankar Raja.
