Surya Devi a woman who was criticizing Vanitha Vijayakumar's marriage with Peter Paul was arrested last night after complaint of making death threats to the actress. She was produced before the magistrate in the Saidapet this afternoon and the magistrate has released her on bail.

Earlier this morning Surya Devi's friend posted a video of her two children left alone in their house since midnight without food. The court's decision according to netizens is welcome for the sake of the two small children.

Surya Devi ever since Vanitha married Peter Paul on June 27th has been posting video after video almost every single day using abusive language against the actress. She also claimed to support Peter Paul's first wife Elisabeth with whom she also released a video when she met her.

Actress Kasthuri has stated on social media "Surya Devi is out on bail. My lawyer is on standby. Now that is taking care of MOST IMPORTANT : CHILDREN ARE SAFE"
