Actor, director and dance choregrapher Raghava Lawrence was last seen on screen in the movie Kanchana 3 which was a superhit and is now directing his first Bollywood movie Laxmmi Bomb starring Akshay Kumar and Kiara Advani, which is the remake of his Kanchana.

Tamil Nadu is completely down, after the death of the 2 year old child Surjith from Nadukattupatti near Manapparai in Trichy, after he fell into a borewell. Following a rescue operation that went for more than three days, early morning today, it was announced officially that he had passed away.

Now Raghava Lawrence who has been known for his welfare activities, has made a request to Surjith's parents. He has posted "Surjith has made the entire nation cry, and it is a sad situation that we failed to protect him. Surjith has become the nation's child. There are many children without parents, and I request you to adopt a child, name him Surjith and make him study. That way, you can help a child, and also make Surjith live in his form. I am ready to help with the adoption and take care of his education as well".
