Suriya takes up Education after Health

Earlier this week the Agaram Foundation run by actor Suriya conducted Medical camp in which people of Chennai were offered free treatment and precautionary medicine against rain related diseases in the wake of severe rains that lashed out the city last week.

Now the actor has decided to take up the cause of supporting the education of children affected by schools.

As per the announcement made in Suriya's official Twitter page, Agaram Foundation has planned to supply the needs of Government schools Children in rain affected areas of Chennai and the students of 10th and 12th grades will be prioritized.

Agaram has also moved from rain relief to the long term objective of enabling rehabilitation of people whose life are severely affected by rain and flash floods.
