One of the most expected movies of the year in Kollywood is Soorarai Pottru, the upcoming movie directed by Sudha Kongara of Irudhi Suttru fame and the movie was supposed to release this summer, before corona changed plans.

Starring Suriya in the lead, this movie is inspired by the life of former army captain and Air Deccan founder GR Gopinath and also stars Aparna Balamurali, Paresh Rawal, Mohan Babu and has music by GV Prakash.

Now, the full censor report details of Soorarai Pottru have been revealed and as per the report on CBFC’s official website, Soorarai Pottru has been given a clean U certificate and will have a runtime of 153 minutes (2 hrs 33 minutes). CBFC has ordered mutes in few dialogues with cuss words. The release date of Soorarai Pottru is expected to be announced after the pandemic ends.
