Suriya's striking action against PETA India's offensive comments

Actor Suriya has shown his support for Jallikattu, and has also participated in the Nadigar Sangam's hunger strike as well as the people's protest in Chennai Marina.

PETA India, the NGO which has been instrumental in getting the traditional Tamil sport banned has berated Suriya saying that his sudden support for Jallikattu is a publicity act for promoting his upcoming film 'C3'.

Offended by PETA's invalid claims, the 41 year old seeks an unconditional apology within seven days from PETA, failing which, he will take it to a lawsuit.

The legal notice drafted by Suriya's lawyer, R. Vijay Anand, is shown below.
