'24' Theatrical Release Date is Here

Actor Suriya's mega budget sci-fi flick '24' was expected to release on April 14 but it could not make it due to the excessive CG works required for the film. The audio launch of the film happened on Monday and the songs composed by A.R.Rahman have become hot favorites of Tamil as well as Telugu movie buffs.
It was being said that the film directed by Vikram Kumar will release only after the TN Assembly Elections scheduled to take place on May 16, 2016. But now sources have confirmed that '24' will be hitting the screens on May 6, 10 days ahead of the elections.
The film will be released in USA and Canada by Cine Galaxy the firm which released Ilayathalapathy Vijay's 'Theri' in these two countries. Cine Galaxy conducted special premiere shows for 'Theri', a day ahead of its release and the same pattern will be followed for '24' also as there will be a special premiere of '24' on May 5, evening.
'24' stars Suriya in triple roles while Samantha and Nithya Menen have acted as female leads.
The official announcement on the release date is expected to arrive soon.
