Actor Suriya's mega budget production venture '24' is all set to hit the screens on May 6 that is the Friday next. The Vikram Kumar directed sci-fi flick has acquired a clean U Certificate from the Censor Board.

Now K.E.Gnanavel Raja of Studiogreen, who has acquired the worldwide release rights of the film has given some interesting details about the release plans.

He has confirmed that the film will be hitting the screens in a whopping number of 2,150 screens across the globe. The film will have a simultaneous release in Telugu and Gnanavel Raja has said that many Telugu biggies have adjusted their release plans to make way for '24'. It is worth noting that he is directly releasing the film in some important locations of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Gnanavel Raja has also expressed his wish that the film collects Rs.240 crores worldwide and joins the prestigious 200 Crore Club.

The film has Suriya playing triple roles including a villainous role. Samantha and Nithya Menen play the female leads. A.R.Rahman has done the musical score.
