Actor Suriya who was last seen on screen in the superhit Soorarai Pottru is getting ready for the shoot of his next directed by Pandiraj, and now the actor has revealed that he has tested positive for Coronavirus.

Taking it to Twitter, Suriya posted "I had tested positive for Coronavirus and had received treatment, and am feeling healthy now. Let's realise that life hasn't yet returned to normalcy. We can't stay back home due to fear, but must be cautious and careful. My love and thanks to all doctors who are dedicatedly supporting and taking care".

On the professional front, Suriya will next start shooting for his 40th movie directed by Pandiraj and produced by Sun pictures and following this movie he'll be working on Vaadivaasal directed by Vetrimaaran.
