Karthi’s ‘Theeran Adhigaram Ondru’ directed by H.Vinoth released today amidst high enthusiasm from fans. The movie which is based on true events features Karthi in the lead role of a solid cop and Rakul Preet playing the love interest. 

The film’s premiere show was held yesterday already beginning to garner positive reception from critics. Suriya himself who is known for emoting police characters exceptionally has went all praise for ‘Theeran Adhigaram Ondru’. “’Theeran’ is based on true events surrounding the cases tackled by police officials day-to-day. How much ever imagination interests us, true events always have the power to startle and enthrall us,” he said.

Appreciating director Vinoth for his exemplary writing, Suriya also opined that this film portrays excellently about what happens around a cop’s life. Praising lensman Sathyan for superb cinematography it is also notable that Suriya stated the movie to be a commercial film based on true events.
