In the era of social media, film scenes/photographs and even the whole movies getting leaked prior to their scheduled release dates is happening frequently, and the latest victim joining the long list of online leak happens to be Suriya's NGK.

The teaser of Selvaraghavan directorial NGK, starring Suriya, Sai Pallavi, and Rakul Preet Singh was announced to be released on valentine's day eve by 6 pm, but a low-quality version of the teaser, recorded from a theatre probably screening Dev (overseas shows began yesterday) has been leaked online.

Despite the leak, producer SR Prabhu of Dream Warrior pictures stuck to his decision of releasing the teaser as planned earlier by 6 pm today as he made it clear with his tweet. NGK has Suriya playing a young politician Nandha Gopalan Kumaran, and the movie is touted to be a full-on hard-hitting political mass entertainer.
