Legendary actor Sivakumar is an inspiration for generations for his discipline and his healthy living showing him as decades younger than his original age. His two sons Suriya and Karthi are not only as talented as him but are also two of the most bankable heroes commercially.

Following in the footsteps of her elder brothers, Sivakumar's only daughter Brinda Sivakumar has sung in films such as Mr. Chandramouli "Mr. Chandramouli", 'Raatchasi', 'Jackpot', 'Ponmagal Vandhal' and 'O2'.

Brinda has now joined the mega budgeted pan Indian film 'Brahmasthra' in which she has dubbed the voice for the leading lady Alia Bhatt. The film directed by Ayan Mukherjee has Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna in the cast. The film released worldwide on September 9th.
