Is this the Pongal special update from Suriya's 'Kanguva'? - Hot updates

We all know that Suriya and Siruthai Siva teamed up together for the magnum opus 'Kanguva'. The shooting of this fantasy adventure kicked off in August 2022. The movie's final schedule was supposed to be wrapped up in December 2023 but Suriya met with an injury during the filming.

The actor flew abroad for a vacation to take a rest and returned to India recently. Now, the latest reports suggest that Suriya has half a day of shooting left in this movie. He is said to complete it next week. The makers are now filming some patchwork with Bobby Deol in Chennai. Also, the buzz is that the second look poster will be released on Pongal.

'Kanguva' is gearing up for a grand release in Summer. The film has Suriya playing multiple roles and also boasts an ensemble cast comprising Disha Patani, Bobby Deol, Natarajan Subramaniam, Jagapathi Babu, Yogi Babu, Redin Kingsley, Kovai Sarala, Anandraj, Ravi Raghavendra, KS Ravikumar, BS Avinash and others.

Studio Green and UV Creations are bankrolling this mega-budget venture set to release in 2D, 3D and IMAX in more than ten languages. The technical crew includes Devi Sri Prasad, Vetri Palanisamy and Nishadh Yusuf as the music composer, cinematographer and editor respectively.
