Suriya's 'Kanguva' glimpse made its debut yesterday, the actor's birthday. The promo video was released in five languages and it boosted the already skyrocketed hype for the upcoming fantasy movie. The glimpse of Kanguva, which became a trending sensation on Youtube, has now created new records.

Kanguva's glimpse video clocked more than 22 million views in 24 hours, which creates a new benchmark for India's second most viewed glimpse in 24 hours (next to Pushpa 2 glimpse). The makers are now shooting some important portions with Natty Natraj, who plays a negative role, in the film directed by Siruthai Siva.

The next schedule of shooting will commence in Bangkok in August. The team will fly there along with the Bollywood actor Bobby Deol who's roped in to play the antagonist. Produced by Studio Green and UV Creations, Kanguva is slated to hit the screens in early 2024 in ten languages in 3D. The film will be wrapped up in a few months.

Kanguva stars Suriya, Disha Patani, Bobby Deol, Natty Natraj, Yogi Babu, Redin Kingsley, Anandaraj, Ravi Raghavendra, KS Ravikumar, BS Avinash, Kovai Sarala and others. Devi Sri Prasad composes the musical score, Vetri Palanisamy cranks the camera while Nishad Yusuf takes care of the editing with stunts done by Supreme Sundar.
