Suriya, a highly acclaimed actor in Indian cinema, is currently shooting for 'Kanguva' - one of the biggest films in his career. It is touted to be a mega budget fantasy action film and the dream project of director Siruthai Siva. Suriya is said to be playing multiple roles in the movie but his look isn't revealed yet.

KE Gnanavel Raja, one of the producers of Kanguva, stated in an interview earlier that Suriya's look will be revealed with a grand promo in June. The latest now is that the Kanguva promo and first look poster face a delay. We hear that the film's first look poster and a teaser will be unveiled on July 23 as Suriya's birthday special. We have to wait for an official update.

The team has started filming the periodic portions in Kanguva recently. The new schedule will commence Monday and it is going to be an 8-day song shoot. The entire shooting is said to be wrapped up by October. Disha Patani plays the female lead, and the film marks her Kollywood debut. Kanguva is set to be released in 10 languages in 3D in early 2024.
