Suriya, Jyothika donate Rs 1 Cr for noble cause

Actor Suriya has once again contributed to a noble cause. On Monday, the 'Jai Bhim' actor and his wife Jyothika met with MK Stalin, the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, to donate a huge amount for the welfare of tribal community students.

The amount of donation stands at Rs. 1 Cr and the money will go into supporting the education of Irular community students on behalf of Suriya and Jyothika's 2D Entertainment.
Meanwhile, Suriya's fans are gearing up for the OTT release of 'Jai Bhim'. To be released on Monday night on Amazon Prime, it is a social drama with a legal thriller flavour. The film traces the incidents that happened in the real lives of the tribal couple Senggeni and Rajakannu.
The other day, Suriya confirmed that he would be teaming up with Kollywood director Bala for the fourth time. 'Vaadivasal', another of Suriya's upcoming movies, is produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu with GV Prakash Kumar scoring the music.
