Actor Suriya has given back to back Diwali hits with Soorarai Potru and Jai Bhim released on the OTT giant Amazon Prime. The film was produced by his home banner 2D Entertainment along with his wife and actress Jyothika.

Both the films were celebrated by the audience and Jai Bhim especially is garnering positive reviews all over there world. CM of Tamil Nadu Stalin also wished the team for their genuine effort to bring the life struggles of the underprivileged to the limelight.

As Suriya is concentrating more on OTT releases than preferring theatrical screening, fans were concerned that his next films Etharkkum Thunindhavan and Vaadivaasal will also opt for OTT platforms. But Suriya has given a great and exciting update about the release plan of these two much-anticipated movies.

He said, "Movies like EtharkkumThunindhavan and VaadiVaasal are meant to be celebrated. They will release only in theatres." Anbaana fans of Suriya are in cloud nine after knowing this massive update and are getting ready to celebrate his yet another masterpiece in theatres.
