Suriya's costar arrested for communal statements!

Bollywood actor Ajaz Khan who has acted in many television shows and films in Telugu and Hindi, including the Suriya starrer Rakta Charitra 2 directed by Ram Gopal Varma, has been arrested by police for making communally sensitive statements on social media.
Ajaz Khan was arrested by the Khar police on Saturday for his statements that would impact communal harmony. Yesterday, the actor was produced in court and he was remanded in judicial custody until April 24. The actor got into trouble due to a Facebook live interaction session.
As reported by the police social media users had accused that Ajaz Khan made communally sensitive statements during his Facebook live session, and netizens trended the hashtag #ArrestAjajKhan tagging the Mumbai Police. Following this, he was arrested from his Khar residence for spreading enmity on religious grounds and impacting the societal peace.
