Suriya set to make his Bollywood debut as a powerful villain? - Hot buzz

Tamil cinema star Suriya is keeping busy with a string of projects with his much-anticipated film "Kanguva" is gearing up for release soon. In the meantime, he is also shooting for an exciting new film, "Suriya 44", directed by Karthik Subbaraj, with production in full swing.

However, what's truly making waves is the latest speculation about Suriya’s next big move. According to industry buzz, the actor might be stepping into Bollywood for the first time—and in a villainous role no less. The reports suggest that Suriya could play the antagonist in "Dhoom 4", the new chapter of the massively successful "Dhoom" franchise.

With three blockbusters already under its belt, the "Dhoom" series is known for casting A-list actors in powerful villain roles. For now, fans eagerly await official confirmation of what could be a game-changing move in Indian cinema if it happens. Despite the mounting excitement, sources close to the actor suggest that these reports of Suriya playing the villain in Dhoom 4 are nothing more than rumours.

Notably, this isn’t the first time Suriya’s Bollywood debut has been the subject of rumours. The actor was previously linked to "Karna", a magnum opus project helmed by National Award-winning director Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra. However, that project never took off, leaving fans eagerly awaiting his eventual entry into the Hindi film industry.
