Suriyas Bandobast to celebrate a grand pre-release event in September second week

Suriya, the actor who has carved a distinct image with unique films such as 'Ghajini' and 'Singham' series among the Telugu audience, is getting ready with the novel commercial action thriller 'Bandobast'. 'Rangam' fame director KV Anand has directed this much-awaited movie. Subaskaran of Lyca Productions, who brought the acclaimed film 'Nawab' and the visual wonder '2.0' to the Telugu audience, is producing 'Bandobast'. Starring Sayyeshaa Saigal as Suriya's pair and featuring Malayalam superstar Mohanlal in a crucial role (as India's Prime Minister), this film is slated to release on September 20.

Prominent Tollywood producer NV Prasad is releasing the movie in the Telugu States. Ahead of the film's release, a grand pre-release event will be held in the second week of September.

'Enno Tharala Sangamam', a patriotic song released on Independence Day, has been a big hit. The mass song 'Cheruku Mukkalanti' has also highly impressed the listeners. Suriya's get-ups as a farmer and a commando have upped the curiosity of the audience. The film's teaser and trailer have trended big-time on YouTube and social media. From Mohanlal's dialogues to expectations from Suriya's acting, everything about the film is special. That's why the film's satellite rights have got sold like a hot cake much ahead of the theatrical release. Gemini of Sun TV network has bought the satellite rights for a huge price.

The songs of the film's Tamil version, 'Kaappaan', were released recently on the hands of Superstar Rajinikanth. Harris Jayaraj's music has received a tremendous response. The Telugu version's audio will be unveiled soon on Sony Music.

Suriya, Mohanlal, Boman Irani, Arya, Sayyeshaa Saigal, Samuthirakani, Poorna, Nagineedu and others will also be seen in key roles.
