Case filed against Suriya's 'S3'

The biggest release of December is the Suriya-Anushka-Shruti Haasan starrer S3` directed by Hari which has expectations soaring since both the prequels Singam` and Singam 2` were blockbuster hits.

S3` opens in theaters worldwide on 23rd December and pre-booking has already begun. One Devarajan from Chennai has filed a petition in the High Court that the theaters are collecting more money than legally allowed by the government. The judge has has ordered the S3` producers and the Government of Tamil Nadu to reply before the 21st of this month in this regard.
