After Maasu Engira Maasilamani` actor Suriya`s film as the lead actor is 24` directed by Vikram Kumar. Reports suggest that the film, which was initially planned as a Diwali release might be postponed for 2016 as the magnitude of the script would take a long time to get complete.

However, the fans of actor Suriya need not be worried as they will get to see the versatile performer acting in his production venture Pasanga 2` directed by Pandiraj. Insiders say that Suriya`s role in this film cannot be called as a cameo as his character has a screen presence of 40 minutes. This is certainly a fantastic news for the fans of Suriya.

In the film, which focuses on children with a rare problem Suriya and Amala Paul act as a couple Tamizh Nadan and Venbaa. They also appear in a song with 60 children. The film`s lead characters are played by actors Karthik Kumar and Bindhu Madhavi and many children.

Arrol Corelli has scored music for this film while Balasubramaniem has handled the lens. Pasanga 2` which was formerly titled as Haiku` has been produced by 2D Entertainments banner of Suirya.
