'Suriya 39' update - Commercial director replaces Siruthai Siva

Suriya following his recent release 'Kaappaan' has wrapped up shooting 'Soorarai Pottru' produced by his home banner 2D Entertainment and directed by Sudha Kongara. He was also committed to star in 'Suriya 39' produced by K.E. Gnanavelraja and directed by Siruthai Siva but the fate of the project is in doubt as the director has moved on to 'Thalaivar 168' in which he is working with Superstar Rajinikanth.
Now the hot buzz is that talks have firmed up with director Hari to take over 'Suriya 39' and Suriya has also reportedly given his nod to a script as well. Sun Pictures is said to be bankrolling this project now and official announcement is expected very very soon.
