Suresh (Subha) one half of the popular writer duo behind 'Thani Oruvan', 'Kavan' and 'Velaikkaran' among other super hits have posted a warning about the negative reaction of movie goers to the indefinite Kollywood strike which has resulted in theaters downing shutters and all movie related works coming to a standstill.
Suresh has shared that an auto driver known to them has the habit of watching every movie that releases (big or small) within the first three days of release and will give a fair review about them. He has told the writers that he is slowly getting used to not watching movies and if the strike goes on for a longer time he is unsure whether the urge to go the theaters will continue for him.
Suersh has called for the attention of the Kollywood film industry to this which surely is a concern as avid movie goers may lose interest over a period of time going to theaters and start looking for other avenues of entertainment.
