Former team India cricketer and IPL star Suresh Raina and Suzanne Khan the ex-wife of Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan were among the 34 people arrested at a club near the Mumbai Airport for not following coronavirus protocols. They were booked under Section 188 (Disobedience to order duly promulgated by public servant), 269 (whoever unlawfully or negligently does any act which is, and which he knows or has reason to believe to be, likely to spread the infection of any disease dangerous to life), 34 (Acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention) of IPC and provisions of NMDA.

The celebrities were then let off on bail and Suresh Raina has apologized for the same and has stated that he was unaware of the protocol. It is said that the CSK star was in Mumbai for a shoot and got delayed and was invited by a friend for dinner when cops raided the club.
