Former Indian cricket team captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni announced his retirement today by 7:29 PM, and following this shocking announcement, fellow Indian cricketer and CSK teammate Suresh Raina has also announced his retirement.

Few minutes after MS Dhoni announced his retirement decision, Raina took to Instagram, and posted “It was nothing but lovely playing with you, @mahi7781. With my heart full of pride, I choose to join you in your journey. Thank you India. Jai Hind.”

Suresh Raina was a prominent member of India’s 2011 World Cup-winning team, and played 18 Tests and 226 ODIs, besides 78 T20IS. Suresh Raina will be seen in action along with MS Dhoni in the upcoming IPL in the UAE.
