Suresh Gopi, instead of Lal

After the big debacle of ÂAngel JohnÂ, Mohanlal seems to be a little hesitant to accept and play smaller roles in newer films. The latest development in support of this view is that the superstar has now opted out of director Jithu JosephÂs ÂMummy & MeÂ, in which he was to play a prominent, but small role.
And now the director has fixed upon Suresh Gopi, the hero of his previous movie ÂDetectiveÂ, to play the role earlier earmarked for Mohanlal. ÂMummy & Me will also have Archana Kavi and Urvashi teaming up along with Mukesh and Kunchacko Boban.
