As per the latest reports, the second schedule for the shoot of ‘Paappan’ is progressing at the location in Pala, Erattupetta, Thodupuzha in Kottayam district, Kerala. The film helmed by veteran director Joshiy has Suresh Gopi playing the lead character named Abraham Mathew Mathan. Ever since the movie went on floors, the star’s stylish salt and pepper avatar for the movie has been winning the internet. Now, recently, the location pictures where Suresh Gopi is seen with his son Gokul Suresh is making the rounds on social media.

'Paappan’, scripted by RJ Shaan who had earlier co-written ‘C/O Saira Banu’, is touted to be a family-based entertainer with mystery and suspense elements in it. Suresh Gopi will be essaying a major lead role in ‘Paappan’ as the character named ‘Abraham Mathew Mathan’.Along with Suresh Gopi, the film has his son Gokul Suresh Gopi, Sunny Wayne, Nyla Usha, and Neeta Pillai essaying other major roles. Kaniha, Vijayaraghavan, Asha Sarath, Chandhunadh, Tini Tom, and Shammy Thilakan are also part of the supporting cast.
