Suresh Gopi, who had been to a long list of roles, that had him as an investigative officer, recently decided to try his hand at comedy. But with a poor selection of role, director and scripter, the film Kichamani MBA in which he was trying to do out and out comedy, very well sank into the blue.

The debacle of this film has again forced the star to go back to his old days where he was in all kind of detective roles.

His new film is again one in which he is a Superintendent of Police, on a mission to find out some missing links of a crime.

The film titled Boot is produced by Pyramid Saimira and is directed by Shaji Kailas. In 2007 itself, he had been to same genre in two films earlier - Detective and Nadhiya Kollapetta Rathri.

After completing Boot, he has signed for many more similar films like C B I from Delhi and Aayudham, which will have the same slow motion and bombastic dialogues.

How long will the viewers continue to nourish him in the same lines, with our getting bored is a matter to see.
