Almost all the Indians will have sentiment and the Andhraites are further sentimental. Moreover, the sentiment used to rule the roost in Telugu film industry.

If a film becomes a big hit, several films come with a similar subject to cash in on the sentiment. Likewise, if a title was proved a hit, almost all the other producers/directors are in search of similar titles.

Director Y Surender Reddy had prepared a fantastic subject and worked on it for about nine years. He narrated the story to several heroes and finally zeroed in on at Kalyanram. That film, 'Athanokkade' has become a blockbuster and changed the career of Kalyanram.

He was of the strong opinion that the first letter in that title 'Aa' brought him good luck and gave the title for his second film as 'Ashok'.

Now for his latest flick he chose the title 'Atithi'.

Both his earlier films earned him good name. The 'Aa' sentiment would definitely works for Surender Reddy, opine Film Nagar sources.
