Mega Star Chiranjeevi's nephew, Supreme Hero Sai Durga Tej, had a successful year with the horror thriller film 'Virupaksha,' which grossed over a hundred crores. Following this success, he starred in 'Bro,' a movie that marked a significant moment as it featured Chinna Maviya alongside Power Star Pawan Kalyan, their first film together.

Fans are eagerly anticipating Sai Tej's next project after 'Bro,' which has been confirmed to be a movie produced by Niranjan Reddy, the producer of 'Hanuman.' This film will introduce a new director named Rakesh and will be made under the banner of Prime Show Entertainment. The storyline has been finalized, and the film is scheduled to go into production soon.

Set against the backdrop of the 1940s, Sai Tej's upcoming film with Rakesh as the director will focus on a period storyline. Pre-production is currently underway, with shooting scheduled to begin in July. Niranjan Reddy has allocated a significant budget for this project, indicating high expectations for its success.

Regarding the film 'Ganja Shankar,' announced after 'Bro' under the direction of Sampath Nandi, it has been shelved temporarily due to unforeseen reasons.

After completing the film with Rakesh and Niranjan Reddy, Sai Tej has plans for two or three more projects. Among them, 'Chitralahari 2' is in consideration, following the success and praise Sai Tej received for his performance in the original 'Chitralahari.' Additionally, Sai Tej is considering other storylines for future projects.

Before 'Virupaksha,' Sai Tej appeared in 'Republic' directed by Deva Katta and 'Solo Bathuke So Better.' While these films were appreciated by fans, they didn't meet the expected commercial success. 'Prati Roju Pandage,' directed by Maruti and released before these films, was a super hit. As Sai Tej continues to make a mark in the industry, his upcoming projects will be eagerly awaited to see how they fare at the box office.
