Supreme Court decides against Latha Rajinikanth in 'Kochadaiyaan' case

In the sensational  Ad Bureau Bengaluru versus Media One Global Entertainment loan case the Supreme Court has ordered Latha Rajinikanth a director of the latter firm to face trail due to the failure of repayment of Rs.6.2 Crores by deadline date which was July 10th.

The Supreme Court set aside a Bengaluru court order quashing criminal proceedings against Latha with the judges concluding "“It is a fit case for commencement of trial.”  During the post production of Superstar Rajinikanth's 'Kochadaiyaan' directed by Soundarya Rajinikanth on Latha's personal gaurantee Media One Global is alleged to have procured Rs. 10 Crores loan from Ad Bureau Bengaluru  but failed to repay the amount in full.
