Supreme Court notice for Latha Rajinikanth

Bangalore based Abhirchand Nahar owner of a company AD Bureau had filed a case in the Karnataka High Court that the co-producer of Superstar Rajinikanth`s Kochadaiyan` Dr. Murali Manohar had procured a loan of Rupees Fourteen Crores ninety lakhs and had repaid only 8 crore and 70 lakhs. Latha Rajinikanth was also accused of being the co-obligant. The High Court dismissed the petition against Latha for lack of proper evidence.

Abhirchand Nahar then approached the Supreme Court seeking action against Latha Rajinikanth for creating a bogus company and also providing false documents. The case came for hearing today and the Supreme Court has ordered that Latha Rajinikanth should give her reply within four weeks.
