Supreme Court Declares Verdict on Right to Privacy

Over the first half of the 2017, the Right to Privacy` roars have been heard all over the nation with people demanding that right to their privacy to be declared as a “Fundamental Right”.
Today, the Supreme Court, with a panel of 9 Judges have ruled out that “Right to Privacy” is a “Fundamental right” according to the Article 21 of the Indian Constitution.
However, the verdict still needs to be implemented and more amendments have to be made as to not misuse the rights.
"The judgment read out so far only says that the right to privacy is a fundamental right, protected by Article 21 (of the constitution on the right to life and personal liberty)."
