Muslim Women across India are celebrating as they are finally liberated from the oral-divorce tradition of Triple Talaq`.

After a thorough understanding of the terminologies in Holy Quraan and a deeper understanding of the injustice taking place on Muslim Women on the name of Triple Talaaq`, the Supreme Court finally declared and pronounced Triple Talaq` to be unconstitutional and unlawful.

The case was struck with 3:2 majority, with Five judges of different faiths - Chief Justice Jagdish Singh Khehar, Justice Kurian Joseph, Justice Rohinton Fali Nariman, Justice Uday Umesh Lalit and Justice S Abdul Nazeer - heard the case over five days from May 12 to May 18.

The Biggest Democracy in the world has once again proved that justice will always be given to those who deserve it and need it.
