Superstar Rajnikanth who has completed Darbar directed by AR Murugadoss, is next acting in his 168th movie which is directed by Siva, who had last given the blockbuster movie Viswasam starring Thala Ajith and Nayanthara. This movie which has been called Thalaivar 168 is produced by Sun Pictures.

Thalaivar 168 recently began shooting in Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad, and actress Kushbhu who is acting in the movie is also a part of the schedule. Kushbhu's daughter Anandita visited the sets, and got to meet Superstar, and Kushbhu shared the photo of Superstar with her daughter, calling it a dream come true moment.

Kushbhu tweeted "My little one's dream come true.. her heart skipped a beat the moment she saw the SUPERSTAR.. thank you @rajinikanth sir for your time and blessings..your simplicity bowled her over.". Thalaivar 168 also stars Meena, Keerthy Suresh, Prakashraj, Sathish and Soori and has music by D Imman.
