As we reported earlier due to complications that arose suddenly Kamal Haasan had to undergo another surgery at a private hospital in Chennai. It is reported that Suhaasini had informed Latha Rajinikanth over the phone that the Ulaganayagan was going through a lot of pain.

On hearing the news from his wife Superstar Rajinikanth wanted to immediately rush to the hospital to be with his friend, but Latha had to be firm and prevent him. Rajini has just returned from the US after getting treatment and the doctors have advised him not to visit hospitals as he may get infected. The situation is said to have caused great emotional distress to Rajini and he tried to contact Kamal through phone but since he is in intensive care could not get through. It is said that the Superstar is in regular touch with the Ulaganayagan family inquiring about the progress.
