Superstar Rajinikanth despite having close to three million followers on Twitter, rarely logs in to tweet something. Yesterday's sudden death of veteran producer, screenwriter, lyricist Panchu Arunachalam has drawn the Superstar to the social media again.
Rajinikanth has tweeted that he will really miss his "Panju sir".
The departed legend has had a vital role in the shaping up of Rajinikanth's career as an actor/star. He has worked in as many as 23 films of Rajinikanth either as a producer, writer or lyricist. Their last association was for the 1994 super hit flick 'Veera'.
In the early years of his career, it was the film's written Panchu such as 'Bhuvana Oru Kelvikkuri', 'Aarilirundhu Arubathu Varai' and 'Engeyo Ketta Kural' have revealed to the world,the real prowess of Rajini the actor. These films proved that Rajini could equally fit well into realistic films and emotional characters as much as he fits for mass masala action entertainers.
Not only this. Panchu also unearthed the phenomenal comic talent of Rajinikanth with his films such as 'Thambikku Endha Ooru' and Guru Sishyan'.
It will be an extremely painful loss for the Superstar indeed.
