Superstar Rajinikanth is currently shooting for director TJ Gnanavel's 'Thalaivar 170'. Meanwhile, his 73rd birthday is being grandly celebrated by the entire film industry. Lyca Productions unveiled the title and special teaser of Thalaivar 170 as a part of this occasion. This is now rocking the internet.

'Thalaivar 170' is officially titled 'Vettaiyan'. Notably, Indiaglitz broke this to you even before the release of Rajinikanth's last film, 'Jailer'. A minute-long title teaser debuted along with the title. The video opens with a stylish shot of Superstar Rajinikanth reading a book about Nethaji. There is a mass entry scene followed by this. It seems that Thalaivar plays a commanding police officer in certain portions of the movie. The promo ends with a powerful punch dialogue.

Going by the teaser, it is safe to say that the film revolves around the encounter culture. Anirudh's erupting background score backed by Arivu's vocals is sure to set the screens on fire. 'Vettaiyan' has cinematography by SR Kathir ISC, editing by Philomin Raj and stunts by Anbariv. Thalaivar and Amitabh Bachchan are reuniting in this film after more than 30 years.
