Superstar Rajinikanth is currently shooting for ‘Vettaiyan’, directed by TJ Gnanavel. This film will be entirely wrapped up next month and the actor is all set to start filming for director Lokesh Kanagaraj’s ‘Thalaivar 171’ in April. He also has ‘Jailer 2’ with Nelson Dilipkumar in his pipeline.
Meanwhile, reports broke out today that Superstar Rajinikanth signed a new film with the renowned Bollywood producer, Sajid Nadiawala. He has bankrolled numerous blockbusters and award-winning films in Hindi under the banner Nadiawala Grandson Entertainment. The production house confirmed the same by announcing it officially on social media.
Sharing a picture of Rajinikanth and Sajid, they wrote, “It’s a true honour to collaborate with the legendary @rajinikanth Sir! Anticipation mounts as we prepare to embark on this unforgettable journey together!” This film will be the maiden South Indian production of NGE Movies. Thalaivar is said to have started this project after ‘Vettaiyan’ and ‘Thalaivar 171’.
